Business Assessment

You will do the Business SWOT and Competitor Study to do a review of how your business fare using the SWOT analysis framework. From there, we will chart out the Action Plans you need to take to grow your business in the coming year.

Staff Review

We will facilitate the process for you to review the performance of your staff and key managers so that you can identify the areas they need to improve in and what are the key action steps you need to take with them.

We will guide you to plan a "huddle and plan" session for you to set the stage for business growth for the new year with them.
