Formerly a consultant with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting (AABC), Joseph has worked with MNCs and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs) for performance and productivity projects. He has successfully carried out turnkey projects in: Branding, Franchising, Customers Service, Quality Awards, HR OD and other customized consultancy and training programs. Many of his clients go on to win Prestigious Business and Branding Awards.

Originally from the UK, Ian has lived and worked in Southeast Asia for nineteen years. The last nine of those have been spent coaching and mentoring over sixty executives and business owners.

Ian's specialist area is helping business owners improve their strategy and revenues, retain their key team members, improve execution and build cash reserves.

He was formally certified and licensed as a business consultant coach in 2006 and is now one of only two Gazelles consulting partners in Singapore. A key attribute of Ian’s is helping to simplify complex ideas and creating practical step-by-step actions that generate positive momentum and results. Quin SQ Thong

Quin SQ Thong is a chartered Accountant with in-depth experience and contribution to her clients in Finance, Operations and Strategy. Quin has worked as CFO and COO positions in MNCs & PLC companies for over 15 years and 6 years with PwC in business assurance.

She specializes in strategic consulting and operational excellence and helps her clients perform better in three areas: profits, people and productivity. Quin applies both her hard skills (finance, HR, strategy) and her soft skills (communication, interpersonal, EQ) to her leadership, management and coaching experience to help her clients maximize their potential in areas of critical decision making, strategic thinking and corporate development.

In addition to be the coach of two TedTalk presenters, she also actively speaks in forums and conferences on leading management practices, talent engagement, financial insights and strategy. Quin is the first Asian awarded Leadership scholarship by the Center of Creative Leadership USA in 2006. She has worked in South East Asia, Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and London, Melbourne and speaks five languages.

Heng Hiang Jin

Mr Heng is a Management Consultant specialized in corporate and executive development, with 30 years of management experience in both local, western and oriental companies, he has extensive understanding in various management issues in general and functional management, cross-cultural, IT and technology management, Entrepreneurial development and topics in Education and Training Development.

Mr Heng is the CEO of Hanscape Education Group and he is involved in the setting up of various educational projects in Singapore, China and Indonesia. A major project undertaken was the School of Entrepreneurial Development (SEED).

He has previously held senior management position as Director/General Manager in a Japanese MNC subsidiary and VP/Director of Operations in American and local technological-intensive companies, and Principal Consultant of Prudential Consultants Pte. Ltd. For the last 9 years, he had been Executive Director/Principal of a major non-profit management institute.

For well over 30 years he has been conducting, managing and organizing trainings for local and overseas trainees in many areas. He had lectured at the then National Productivity Board, Singapore Chinese Chamber Institute of Business and other establishments. He is also adjunct Lecturer of the World Business Strategists Association. He has successfully organized many training groups from China, and conducted regular training courses for trainers local and overseas, in particular China (Chengdu, Chongqing, X’ian, Shanghai, Weifang, Wuxi).

His training subjects cover Cross-culture Management, Management of Chinese Business, Information Technology, Management of Technology, WTO & Globalization, Entrepreneurial Development, etc. Among his passions in training and education is the promotion of Chinese Culture. He is Director of the Centre of Chinese Culture Studies, which conducts courses and training programs to encourage learning of Chinese Culture among Singaporeans.

Polly Ng

Polly Ng is a business management professional specializing in business expansion for MNCs and regional SMEs to achieve both top line and bottom line growth. Polly held a distinctive Global EMBA qualification and has worked as Regional Business Director and Director of Worldwide Sales Operation in Fortune 500 company at regional (Asia Pacific) and global level.

She has over 15 years of hands-on Greater China and Asia Pacific experiences that successfully helped companies on both top line and bottom line double-digit growth through go-to-market model, business planning, market positioning and expansion, sales cycle management, business process streamline as well as team collaboration for synergy maximization.

Polly sits on board level as non-executive director for strategic advisory. She is also the occasional visiting speaker for HR degree class of The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Working in both Hong Kong and China while traveling extensively across Asia, Polly speaks and writes fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
